Roti Paun is a Malaysian originated small bun filled with butter.Its a simple bun loaded with flavours. I have included several photos with a closer look for you all to see how soft they are. Its feather soft when touched.
Baking bread is an art.Once you know it you can create many things out from one dough. When I was studying to be a chef we had few units about baking breads and we learnt few basics . So I fell in love with it. Then I studied deeply about pastry and breads and I always experiment about it. So the more you do the more you become perfect.
My advice for making breads is never give up. Always try to do at least one every week. I know you are going to succeed.

Always touch the bread and feel it. That’s the only way you can tell how good the breads is before eating.

Waffles are good to serve as a dessert or as breakfast. These waffles are so soft in texture too. If you want to serve in the morning make sure to prepare the dough in the evening the day before and bring to the proof. Then punch and leave it in fridge. Make the waffles in the morning.
With out using the waffle maker you can bake them in the oven too.
These bursting Blueberry buns are moist and scrumptious. The cream cheese gives a creamy flavour to the tart while blueberries gives full of goodness and colour. When you open them up the buns the purple colour juices gives a tempting and appealing look. You cant stop eating them at all.
Doing them the way I have done is super simple. You can use burger moulds or disposable foil cases or even muffin pans. If you are using muffin pans try cutting the dough in to smaller pieces. The other way is using a tart cases or one large one.
The other thing is you can leave them in fridge about three days. (I doubt it will stay that long) Can freeze them in individual bags for future use too. If you want to serve these for a high tea or a brunch try cutting them in to smaller pieces .
These mini coconut loves are loaded with coconut and also the flavours. This can be cut in to several small slices and serve for high tea or even for a brunch.You can bake them for school fairs or to give away for Christmas.
I love coconut as well as bread. I cant stop eating them when ever I make them. These small cakes can be done in small baking pans or loaf cases. If you cant find them make sure to use a larger tray leaving space to grow. If you are willing to buy them try online. I buy them online.
When you have time you can prepare the coconut mix and leave in fridge. It saves time. If you find it runny make sure to add a bit more coconut. Any way coconut absorb all the excess liquids in few minutes.
Apple and almond is a good combination when baking cakes or loaves. It gives a nice and dense cake to go well with a cup of coffee or tea. I added a bit of bicarbonate of soda to this cake to lift a bit.
To make it healthy I added less sugar. If you like more sweeter bread add more sugar.
Almond meal gives nice fluffy texture to breads or cakes. The pureed apples gives a tangy flavour as well it moisten the cake really well.
This cake is freezer friendly and if you like freezing the cake try slicing to size you like and add in to individual bags and freeze them for future use.
Lets bake the bread
Cream cheese bread is one of my favourite breads. So creamy and rich in flavour and will come out like cotton soft.My secret for a softer bread is always the kneading process and the correct measurements.
To make the bread softer you can always add softening agents as in bread shops. With out softeners you can make proper bread if you knead well. I never keep any secret to my self. Trust me , you are getting the 100% correct recipes.
These little tartlets are really good and so simple and easy to make. They do not need any proofing like other breads. It can be made in less than an hour. It makes a full meal when you add a topping with meat and vegetables. Also can be served as a side or as a canape too.
Instead of the meat I used left over meat from the roast or even a simple curry with vegetables will be good on this tart. After baking it gives a nice golden colour crust too. Make your own filling for this and enjoy!
Hamburger rolls are so simple and easy to make. From the money you buy 6 you can make 15 with out a problem. All you need is a bit of patience. I always do a larger batch and leave in freezer to use later.
Making bread at home is a good way of not having any preservatives and unnecessary amounts of sugar and oil. The other thing is tastes much better than a shop bought.
This recipe will do 12-15 buns. you can always multiply or divide this to get larger or smaller batches.

I love making bread in summer time the process is quick. The bread comes nice and fluffy. The other way if you live in a cooler climate make sure to use an oven heated to 25 c. You can keep the oven going on 25 C. But make sure to cover the bread well to prevent drying. Always cover the dough with a damp cloth.
